What is CDGrowLight.com Return Policy?
Product warranties are covered by manufacturers through a certified service center. Our policy is and has always been to satisfy every customer, if you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return it, within 30 days, with a copy of the invoice/packing slip for refund or credit.
- All returns must have a return authorization number. Please call us prior to returning any item. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for 10 business days.
- Notifiy us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment of any damaged or defective merchandise.
- Items returned for other than damage or defect must be in saleable condition in the original packaging.
- Special order items can not be returned.

Packages will be plain boxes & the packaging labels will list the shipper as Contractors Direct.

My business is in my home, is this a commercial address?
No, a commercial address is an address in a commercial zone, with a loading dock or forklift, open Monday thru Friday during normal business hours. If you can't secure a commercial address for your delivery, our experienced staff will arrange a pick-up at a terminal closest to your location.
What if my package arrives damaged or missing items?
1. If items are missing & there does not seem to be any damage to box please call Contractors Direct as soon as possible
2. UPS claims must be put in within 2 business days of receiving the item. Please inspect merchandise upon arrival
3. Items that are received by tractor trailer must be inspected before they are signed for. Please note any irregularities on the bill of lading - Holes in cartons, dents, tears, etc. This information must be noted on the bill of lading when you are accepting the delivery. If you sign for a package & DO NOT note any irregularities there is little CDGrowLight.com can do. If you open the package & there is hidden damage you have 15 days to contact the delivering Freight Line. Please also retain the original containers & packing for the inspectors. If severe damage is present please refuse shipment & call 800-709-0002
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Place the order online & we will contact you with shipping costs. You can also call 001 203 882 1650 or email us orders@contractorsdirect.com for shipping costs.
Am I responsible for customs duties & taxes?
Yes, you are responsible for paying the duties, taxes, & customs fees associated with the shipment. Please check with your local post office for more information.
