Ordering
- Discreet Packaging - All packaging labels will list the shipper as Contractors Direct.
- Invoices & your credit card statement will also display Contractors Direct for billing privacy.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card & Pay-Pal.
- 6% sales tax will be added to orders from Connecticut residents.
- We ship C.O.D.; the standard UPS C.O.D. charge will apply per package.
- Money order or certified check are required for C.O.D. shipments.
- Orders are shipped the same day if received by 12:00 pm EST.

Shipping
- No minimum order - an $9.75 shipping charge applies for all orders.
- Additional charges apply to certain items including those that are heavy or oversized.
- Orders outside of the continental United States (i.e. Canada, Hawaii, Europe, Alaska, etc.) will be contacted with applicable shipping charges
- We ship most items UPS ground from our CT warehouse.

Return & Exchange
- Product warranties are covered by manufacturers through a certified service center.
- Our policy is & has always been to satisfy every customer, if you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return it, within 30 days, with a copy of the invoice/packing slip for refund or credit.
- All returns must have a return authorization number. Please call us prior to returning any item. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for 10 business days.
- Notify us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment of any damaged or defective merchandise.
- Items returned for other than damage or defect must be in sellable condition in the original packaging. Used items are subject to at least a 25% restocking fee.
- Factory drop ship items are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee.
- Special order items can not be returned.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- Prices are subject to change without notice & limited to stock on hand.
