Shipping

• No minimum order - an $9.75 shipping charge applies for all orders.
• Orders outside of the continental United States (i.e. Canada, Hawaii, Europe, Alaska, etc.) will be contacted with applicable shipping charges
• We ship most items UPS ground from our CT warehouse.

• Some items including large and heavy equipment must be shipped by truck to an Commercial Address (a place with a loading dock or fork lift)

Return and Exchange

• Product warranties are covered by manufacturers.
• Our policy is and has always been to satisfy every customer, if you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return it, within 30 days, with a copy of the invoice/packing slip for refund or credit.
1. All returns must have a return authorization number. Please call us prior to returning any item. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for 10 business days.
2. Notify us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment of any damaged or defective merchandise.
3. Items returned for other than damage or defect must be in new condition in the original packaging.
4. Used items are subject to a, minimum of 25% restocking fee, depending on condition
5. Special order items can not be returned.
